Project overview

SWT Ecology Services has been working on Mindenhurst, Deepcut since 2019 and our client purchased a parcel of land to construct new homes. Whilst an outline planning approval was in place, our client required our services to inform the reserved matters application.

The project involved a walkover survey to compare current site conditions to previous results, a bat ground level roost assessment, and preparation of an updated Ecology Management and Mitigation Strategy. SWT Ecology Services needed to respond fast to our client’s requirements to ensure planning committee requirements were met. Consent was granted unanimously.
